Who I am

MB Partnerships is the trading name of Mary Bee, a sole trader providing independent procurement and catering consultancy services in the United Kingdom. For anything relating to this policy or your personal data, contact mary@mb-partnerships.co.uk.

What information is collected

If you use the contact form or email me, I receive the details you choose to provide, typically your name, organisation, email address and message. The contact form is processed by Netlify, this website’s hosting provider, which passes submissions to me and retains a copy in accordance with its own privacy policy.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites.

How your information is used

Your details are used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to deliver that work. The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry) and, where applicable, the performance of a contract. Your details are never sold, shared with suppliers, or added to marketing lists.

How long information is kept

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards. Records relating to contracted work are retained for six years in line with standard business practice, then deleted.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection in relation to your personal data. To exercise any of these, email mary@mb-partnerships.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe your data has been mishandled.
